New Miami Luxury Condos from Aston Martin

There’s a new luxury condo tower coming to Miami, but it isn’t just any old project. Following in the footsteps of notable designers like Porsche, Fendi, Armani and Bentley, Aston Martin will brand its first residential tower, according to a recent article from The Real Deal. The luxury sports car company has teamed up with the Coto family of Argentina to launch Aston Martin Residences at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way, the previous home of Epic East.

Plans for the development include a 66-story sail-shaped building designed by architects Revuelta Architecture and Bodas Mian Anger. Interior spaces will be handled by Aston Martin’s design team, led by chief creative officer Marek Reichman. Branding from the car company will be seen on door handles, leather, color palettes and reception desks, Reichman said. The 390-unit high-rise is located at the mouth of the Miami River, and is set to break ground next summer.

“Entering into the real estate has been a priority bue we wanted to do it the right way,” said Katia Bassi, managing director of ASton Martin brands. She claims that the project is “not a brand-slapping exercise,” for the car maker. “We are not everywhere for a reason.”

Planned amenities for the development include two private lobbies, a two-story fitness center with spa, an infinity pool on the 55th floor, a screening room, British club, and a yacht marina. Units will range from one- to four-bedrooms with seven penthouses and a duplex penthouse with private pools and terraces in addition.
