Developers Offer Beachside Services to Inland Residents

Waterfront property in the Miami area can be hard to come by, and those that are available are pretty pricey. But don’t give up on your dreams to live life on the beach just yet. Developers are stepping up their game and offering beach perks to their inland developments, according to a recent article from The Real Deal.

The Louver House, from developer Mast Capital, is a boutique condo located in the desirable South of fifth neighborhood in Miami Beach. While the property is landlocked, the developer is offering a “beach concierge” service to all residents. The beach is just a 10 minute walk away, but there’s no need to worry about lugging all of your lounge necessities on the trek.  The service will include chauffeured rides, in addition to umbrellas, towels, sun beds and dining choices.

The project, located at 311 Meridian Ave, will feature 12 spacious 3 bedroom, 3 ½ bathroom residences ranging in size from 2,008 to 2,432 square feet. Each will include a private elevator, top of the line appliances, 10 foot ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling energy efficient windows. Building amenities include gated entry, secured garage parking, 24-hour security, state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor yoga studio, rooftop garden and infinity-edge pool, and full time residential manager.

In addition to their Louver House project, Mast Capital is also offering similar services to buyers at their other project, 3900 Alton. Residents at this non-oceanfront condo development in the mid-section of Miami Beach can catch a ride in the provided Tesla house car to the beach club at Nobu Hotel Miami Beach.

Related Group is also jumping on the beach-services bandwagon with several of their projects.  Residents of their SLS LUX Brickell condo project will have access to a beach shuttle service, while residents at their Icon Bay condo tower will have a membership at the SLS South Beach hotel, including access to cabanas and lounges, beachside and poolside towel service, and snack food. Buyers at Related’s 1100 Millecento in Miami’s Brickell area will have access to the Grand Bay Club in Key Biscayne.  Carlos Rosso, a Related executive, recently told Mansion Global that Related is “always trying to come up with ways to give the beach to buyers.” And in South Florida, it’s all about the beach.
