There’s a new spec home that has been listed on Miami’s luxury real estate market, and it comes with some pretty unique amenities. The new construction, located in Bal Harbour, is 13,800 square feet and features seven bedrooms, a pair of interior courtyards (complete with dual koi ponds), an infinity pool overlooking Biscayne Bay, and a roof deck outfitted with a Jacuzzi and a fire pit. There’s even facial-recognition technology used at the front door that eliminates the need for a key. But that’s not the best part. The waterfront mansion not only has a private yacht dock, but also comes with an actual yacht. And a vintage Jaguar. And an Andy Warhol silk screen.
“It’s very James Bond-ish,” Oren Alexander, the developer of the property, recently told the Wall Street Journal.
The estate is available furnished for $43 million, which includes Andy Warhol’s “Unknown Woman,” a 1948 Jaguar XK120, and a 55 foot VanDutch yacht. Unfurnished, the property is available for $36 million.
