Pop Star Jason Derulo Lists Coconut Creek Estate

Miami native, Jason Derulo, has experienced quite a bit of success in his music career recently. The singer/songwriter has sold over 50 million singles,  with 10 of those singles going platinum. With hits like, “Wiggle,” “Talk Dirty,” and “In My Head,” Derulo has found himself in the spotlight, and in the music industry, that light shines brightest in Los Angeles. According to a recent Forbes article, Derulo has relocated to the city of the stars, putting his custom home in Coconut Creek on the market.

Derulo’s 11,000 square-foot home features 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms and is located at 7555 NW 39th Ave. The Mediterranean estate sits on a private, gated 2.5-acre lot and also includes a four-car garage with fitness gym, a guest house that contains a recording and dance studio, Italian marble floors, home office, game room, and an oversized outdoor pool and waterfall.

The pop star purchased the home in 2012 for a reported $1.75 million. He renovated the house, adding the marble floors and full gym, as well as turning the guesthouse into a studio where he recorded an early version of his his “Want to Want Me.” He also choreographed his routines and prepared for tours and music videos in the custom mirrored dance studio. Derulo stated that he is selling because he doesn’t get to spend as much time there as he would like, and he recently purchased another home in L.A. The Coconut Creek estate can be yours for just $2.9 million.
