Luxury Miami Beach Estate Hits the Market

Luxury Miami Beach Estate Hits the Market

A new luxury listing in Miami Beach has been generating some serious buzz in the South Florida real estate world. The Georgian-style estate sits on approximately 2 acres on Miami Beach’s La Gorce Island. In addition to a newly-renovated, 13,000-square-foot home, the property also includes an impressive 500 feet of water frontage.

The home, located at 100 La Gorce Circle, boasts seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, three half-baths, separate guest house, clay tennis court and Olympic-sized pool. The recent renovations, completed over a four-year period, involved $5 million worth of upgrades, including a brand new kitchen. The estate was first built in 1952, and public records show the current owner to be a limited liability company, Rapa Holdings, who purchased the property in 2011 or $11 million. The current price-tag of $39 million makes the home the fourth-priciest residence currently on the Miami Beach market.
