After reaching the 50% sales target, developers of VIDA at the Point are gearing up to start construction on the Aventura luxury condo project. The six-unit waterfront development is located at 3750 Yacht Club Drive and was designed by KZ Architecture. Residents will enjoy homes ranging in size from 3,260 square feet to 3,717 square feet. Some of the three and four bedroom units will feature an elevator and a rooftop terrace, and all residences will be able to take advantage of an optional boat slip for a yacht up to 90 feet.
Sales at VIDA at the Point launched about six months ago, and according to a recent article from The Real Deal, current buyers hail from Brazil and Colombia. Yacht slips are being sold separately by Waterways marina, and purchasers have reportedly spent $225,000 and $300,000 for each. The remaining available units range in price from $2.9 million to $3.26 million. Additional features include custom finishing from Interiors By Steven G., porcelain floors, Italian cabinetry from MiaCucina, and Subzero and Wolf appliances. Building amenities include a 25,000-square-foot spa, fitness center, restaurant, community room, three swimming pools, a playground, and four tennis courts. The project is expected to break ground the third week of January, with completion coming in May 2017.
