111 Lincoln Residences: Serenity at the center of it all

Are you in the market for a unique luxury residence in Miami Beach? The new project, 111 Lincoln Residences, has recently launched sales with the promise to please, featuring two stunning rooftop residences in South Beach. The mixed-use development was designed by Robert Wennett and Herzog & de Meuron and is located just off Lincoln Road.

The one-of-a-kind design is centered around the courtyard concept, offering a zen-like atmosphere in the highly desirable (and highly populated) area. The three-bedroom smart homes include 1,550 square feet of exterior space, boasting  a courtyard designed by Raymond Jungles, complete with honed stone flooring, pergola and shade trees.

In addition to the “some of the finest finishes” ever seen, the project includes over 100,000 square feet of office space, a multi-level parking garage beneath the residences, and event space on the seventh floor, according to a recent article from Curbed Miami. The announced list of tenants includes Alchemist, Rosetta Bakery, Jo Malone, and Chotto Matte, a Kurt Zdesar restaurant featuring Peruvian and Japanese cuisine.

“Every inch of the properties has been expertly crafted and imagined by Robert Wennett, the visionary who completely redeveloped the west side of Lincoln Road,” said local real estate agent Eloy Carmenate. “This home offers unprecedented access to the bustling neighborhood while also offering a private retreat away from the excitement of Lincoln Road.”

The homes are listed at $3.8 million.
