Luxury Penthouse Available in Miami Beach’s Blue Diamond

Luxury Penthouse Available in Miami Beach’s Blue Diamond

A unique, luxury listing has just hit the market, and if it’s space you’re looking for, you should check it out. The 9,700-square-foot quadplex at the Blue Diamond tower in Miami Beach is available and has an asking price of $18 million. The penthouse features eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, two half baths and two kitchens. In addition, three of the master bedrooms feature access to three private rooftop pools. Other amenities include its own sizable gym, media room, office, maid’s quarters and five parking spaces.

The listing is for units 4401, 4402, 4407 and 4408 at the 45-story Blue Diamond, according to a recent article from The Real Deal. The four units were purchased between 2002 and 2006 by two companies: Drew Village Realty, Inc., and Diamond Collins, LLC. Records show that both companies are managed by Michael Konig, a New Jersey healthcare bigwig. He picked up the first two Blue Diamond units (4401 and 4402) in 2002, and had them built out to combine them. He purchased the other two units in 2004 and 2006, spending a total of $6.2 million on all four. The current asking price of $18 million, or $1,855 per square foot, is actually a discount from the $20 million listing price back in 2014.
