The Latest Lineup For Brickell City Centre

One of the most anticipated developments in South Florida is expected to open this year, and the list of retailers on board continues to grow. In addition to the 500,000-square-foot open-air shopping center, the $1.05 billion project, Brickell City Centre, will include two condo towers, two Class A office buildings, and the EAST, Miami hotel. Earlier this week, developers Swire Properties, Whitman Family Development and Simon Property Group announced the addition of several new retail tenants, including Armani Collezioni, Intermix and REISS. At this point, the retail component of the project has reached nearly 70 stores and restaurants.

According to a recent article from The Real Deal, other new additions include:

  • Eateries: American Harvest, Big Easy Winebar & Grill, Calissons du Roy Rene, Dr Smood, DAVIDsTEA, Luke’s Lobster, Häagen-Dazs, Santa Fe, and Taco Chic
  • Fashion and personal accessories: Addict, Audemars Piguet, Caudalie, Font, Italia Independent, Designer Eyes, Kendra Scott, Westime, Nars, Pandora, Kreations, Richard Mille, and Leetal Kalmanson.
  • Apparel: Armani Collezioni, REISS, Orlebar Brown, BDBA, Sundek, In-Sight, 120% Lino, Crocus, Intermix, LIVE!, Koko & Palenki, Rhythm of Grace, and SportsAction.
  • Arts and services: Brickell Nail Bar, AT&T, Sean Donaldson Hair, Bojanini Art Gallery, and Musart.

Last fall, other tenants announced included Acqua di Parma, IRO, Stuart Weitzman, Coach and Porsche Design, Michele Lopriore, Mirto, Adolfo Dominguez, Capritouch, Santa Maria Novella, Diptyque and Nest Case. Added restaurants included Pubbelly Sushi, Pasion del Cielo, Quinto La Huella and Sugar. Current plans call for all luxury stores to be located on the first floor, with premium and contemporary retailers on the second and third floors. The shopping center will be anchored by a three-floor Saks Fifth Avenue, which will include an underground two-story parking garage that will be accessible on the street-level.
